2020 marks the 22nd anniversary of Partners Mentoring Youth helping northern Colorado celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a fun run!
This 5K race will take place on March 14th in Fort Collins, and always brings out a crowd of festive runners and walkers. The course is fast, flat, USTAF certified, and is chip timed; it is also a BolderBoulder qualifying course. This race is a Fort Collins favorite, bringing over 2,000 individuals together in support of mentoring.
Wear your finest green apparel to show off your Irish pride and support a great cause! You can register as an individual, or get your friends and family members together to form a team. Registration includes participation in the chip-timed race, a running waist belt, and a pint of Odell beer (21+). This event is dog-friendly, stroller-friendly, and we love when families participate together. Youth under 17 can run in the Sharin’ O’ the Green race for $15, plus we hold a kids fun run prior to the main race.
All the money raised from Sharin’ O’ the Green registration fees supports our organization and allows us to serve more youth who need extra support. You can also become a Sharin’ O’ the Green Fundraiser by promoting your participation in the race individually or as a team, and asking your friends and family to support your participation AND youth mentoring. There are prizes for top individual and team fundraisers!
