Vote Teal for commissioner

Experience matters when choosing our Douglas County commissioners. It’s crucial our commissioners have experience leading and collaborating within our community in order to manage our local government with excellence. That’s why I’m excited to vote for George Teal for Douglas County commissioner!

George has a proven track record of serving our community on the Castle Rock Town Council. On the council, he’s championed forward-thinking policies and fiscally responsible budgeting. He’s proven that we can build roads, pay our police and firefighters, and invest in open space while still keeping taxes low and reducing government intrusion into the lives of our businesses and families. He’d bring that same smart, collaborative leadership to our county.

George has served on numerous boards and commissions including the Denver Council of Regional Government (prioritizing crucial transportation projects in our county), the Cherry Creek and Chatfield Water Authorities, the E-470 Authority, and the RTD Re-Imagine Committee. As commissioner, he’ll be able to hit the ground running focusing on solutions that manage the velocity of growth, improve safety, decrease congestion, and responsibly preserve water supply.

George believes that government closest to the people serves them best. To that end, he will fight for our taxpayer bill of rights and be a champion for local autonomy — knowing that we the people should have the freedom to make the best decisions for ourselves and our county.

George Teal has the right experience to be a great Douglas County commissioner. Let’s elect him to continue serving our community with excellence!
