About me

I’m originally from central New York and went to Ithaca College, where I earned my doctorate in physical therapy. I moved to Castle Rock in 2005 with my wife, Breea. We’ve been fortunate to live in Castle Rock for the last 14 years, where we’ve started our family and small business, No Limits Physical Therapy, 725 N. Wilcox St. Breea and I have two beautiful young children: Payton and Brock.

How I got into physical therapy

I originally looked into going to college for physical therapy because of my love for the sciences and from watching my father treat injured athletes in my high school. After graduating from PT school, I moved to Castle Rock and worked for six years in a variety of clinics. I worked with orthopedic surgeons and had the opportunity to shadow them in clinic and during surgeries. I’ve worked with a variety of people from children to elderly, ranging from professional athletes to your average person who has “everyday pains.” I started No Limits PT in 2012 with the intention of removing as many barriers as possible to helping people achieve their goals.

My passion

I absolutely love helping people achieve their goals! I’ve helped people rehabilitate from injuries that lead to them getting athletic scholarships, hike the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, be able to play with their children, and simply being able to return to work without pain. These successes drive me to be better every day.

When I’m not working …

I enjoy mountain biking, camping, backpacking, and spending time with my family.

My mantra

To be better than I was yesterday.
