CCIG moves into new office
CCIG has moved into its new headquarters after a top-to-bottom renovation designed to create a modern, highly collaborative work environment featuring state-of-the-art technology.
The 45,000-square-foot building — more than double the size of its former home — gives CCIG room to grow in a space where it can better serve clients and the community.
Already one of the fastest-growing independent commercial, personal and employee benefits insurance brokerages in the region, CCIG has tripled in size over the past 10 years.
Consistently rated among the top places to work, CCIG employs 95 insurance professionals. Its new headquarters will ultimately serve as home to an expected workforce of more than 150 people.
CCIG acquired the three-story building at 155 Inverness Drive West last year and began the renovation in the spring of 2019.
The renovation included extending the structure on two floors to add space and adding conference rooms, coffee bars, communal cafes and more than a dozen “huddle rooms” where employees can meet with clients or team members working remotely.

New approach to care
A recently opened medical office is taking a different approach to health care.
According to a news release, Pure Family Medicine, founded by Dr. Rebecca Bub, uses the Direct Primary Care health care model, a growing movement across the nation in which patients pay a monthly fee and receive much of their primary care for no additional cost.
“Direct Primary Care lets me get the time I have always wanted with my patients,” Bub said in the release. “As a result, I’ve gotten to know them on a personal level and have helped them make real changes in their lives.”
The monthly cost is from $65-$95 per person, and that cost includes appointments, in-office procedures and around-the-clock access to their doctor. When there is an additional charge, patients receive at-cost pricing and are shown costs up front so they know what to expect.
By making health care costs predictable and affordable, Pure Family Medicine lets patients take control of their health care, the news release said.
The office opened in August at 13402 W. Coal Mine Ave., Suite 250, Littleton. Learn more by calling 720-828-7873 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Go to https://www.purefamilymedicine.com.
