RBA Consulting announces new company name

RBA Consulting, the Wayzata-based technology consulting firm, announced that the Minneapolis-based digital marketing firm, Ratchet, has been completely integrated into RBA. At the same time, the combined company will now do business under the “RBA” brand name and has launched a new brand identity for the organization.

By combining forces, RBA now offers end-to-end business technology solutions, including custom application development, portals and collaboration solutions, cloud computing, infrastructure and data management, along with seamless digital marketing offerings of user experience design and development for web, social and mobile applications.

“Today, technology permeates all parts of business from sales and marketing to operations and customer service,” said Mike Reinhart, President and COO of RBA. “With the focus on the end user, we can leverage technology to meet our clients’ business objectives and reach, engage and motivate end users across departments and multiple technology platforms. Additionally, because we understand how the creative use of technology fits into the larger picture of a company’s core objectives, our clients reap the benefits of our unique expertise from concept to deployment.”

The merger of Ratchet and RBA was first announced last August 2011. The company generated $35 million in revenue in 2011. Headquartered in Wayzata, RBA also has offices in downtown Minneapolis, Dallas and Denver and has a total of 245 employees.
