Pastel Paintings Dazzle at Mile High National Pastel Exhibition

The Mile High National Pastel Exhibition featuring 80 luminous pastel paintings from artists across the country from July 12 - August 27.


Artists should create artwork featuring the Golden area, the Foothills and the Rocky Mountains. The artwork will be transferred to a wrap to be installed on the Origin Red Rocks hotel shuttle bus. Entries should include area attractions and activities including, but not limited to: Hiking Biking Red Rocks Amphitheatre Craft breweries and beer The final artwork must be in full color and fit onto the provided template. The winning artist will work with the selection committee and installer to make sure all requirements are met. The selected artist will receive an award of $3,000 (less costs) upon completion of the proj
